Production & Quality
Safety and product quality are key priorities for our company, and we are fully committed to these from the purchase of raw materials to the delivery of finished products.
We only use raw materials from pre-approved and verified suppliers in the manufacture of all our products. In addition, all batches of raw materials are tested in internal and external laboratories according to a defined schedule to ensure that they meet not only the legal requirements but also the requirements of our internal specifications.
We manage each stage of our production process in accordance with the principles of good manufacturing and hygiene practice, the HACCP system and other requirements of the IFS, which has been in place for several years in both of our production divisions.
Another proof that we really care about the quality of our products is the fact that several of our products are regularly awarded the prestigious KLASA label: Zátkovy vaječné (Zátkovy egg pasta), Zátkovy vaječné válcované (Zátkovy rolled egg pasta), Rosické bezvaječné (Rosické egg-free pasta) and Adriana semolina pasta, as well as for Zátkova pšeničná mouka (Zátkova wheat flour). Since 2003, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic has been awarding this label only to the highest quality food and agricultural products.
In order to fully satisfy the needs of all our customers, we produce a wide range of pasta products. These include traditional egg and egg-free soft wheat pasta, semolina pasta and, since 2016, whole-wheat and organic pasta, for which we have obtained a valid certificate for the Litovel division, which allows us to produce pasta from organic flour in accordance with strict rules.
Before being released to customers, each batch of our products undergoes rigorous in-process and output controls, carried out in internal and external laboratories according to a set schedule. All these steps ensure that only products made from quality raw materials on modern production lines and in accordance with strict hygiene, production and quality standards reach our customers.
